Zumba: $12 a class or $100 for 10 class pack or $100 Unlimited Zumba for the month

Pilates: $17 a class or $85 Unlimited for the month

Kickboxing: $17/class

Yoga: $17 Per class

Unlimited Pilates, Yoga and Meditation:$125

Unlimited Classes (Includes entire fitness/yoga schedule): $150 a month

Schedule Subject to change, some classes may be substituted, and teachers may change.

Vinyasa yoga: Connecting with your breath, you will flow through a series of poses, for a fun, and challenging practice. 

Mindful  Relaxation: Mindful meditation facilitates the connection of your mind to your body and promotes the release of accumulated stress. This class will help relieve anxiety, reduce stress, promote relaxation and reduce cardiovascular risk. 

Human Movement/Yoga: The study of human movement is a fun and enthusiastic way to learn about your body.  You will perform specific exercises that will help you learn how to move your joints, connective tissues and soft tissues. These exercises help heal the body, making your bodies move with ease and efficiency.  Breathe, stretch, and strengthen to open the body, heart and mind

Relax and Restore Yoga:  You will be guided through a slow series of gentle yoga postures that will relax and restore your body and mind

Restorative Yoga: While all yoga is restorative this class switches you from “doing” to “being”.  You will be set up in a series of supported postures (Using Bricks, bolsters, blankets and straps) so that all you can do is simply relax!  Class size is limited, so please sign up to ensure spot. 

 Melt: Learn this Self-Care technique, to relieve and prevent pain. On the mat, we use foam rollers and small Balls.

Zumba®: A high energy dance class with certified Zumba Instructors who Love dancing and are passionate about Zumba fitness!

Pilates classes include classic Pilates mat, which focus on strengthening core muscles, and improving posture.
